Ode to Cream of Mushroom Soup

Growing up, we always had at least one can of Campell’’s Cream of Mushroom soup in the pantry, though I can’t remember when we ever had it as just soup. It was a staple in my mother’s mid-western-influenced cooking. And, even in my pantry, it was a staple. But cooking for two creates a dilemma with what to do with the rest of the soup. Luckily, there is Pinterest. I found this recipe to make a large quantity of dry mix, and then I could portion it out as needed. Now, this is the new staple.
