Pie In A Hurry…Sort Of

I like pie. I am not going to lie. I like fruit pies, but I don’t always want pie sitting around the house. This recipe is perfect for two. We call it “one and done” cooking/baking in our home. Inactive time is the only reason it isn’t a quick recipe, but worth the wait.
