Greek Meatloaf

I recently discovered gyro meat. When I used to live in Denver, there was a great little Greek restaurant called Zorba’s, this is where I tried gyro meat for the first time. Where has this been all my life!? In an attempt to recreate this deliciously seasoned meat at home, I came across the seasoning blend listed below.
